• Improved our service to property managing agents – creating a brand new multi-site managing portal
• Simplified our energy invoices – including a summary of key terms & calculations
• We now install Automated Meter Readers across all sites under our gas supply to ensure all customers are billed accurately
• Over 70% of our customers now receive their bills online
